Best version of Griptilian
Hogue & Doug Ritter really knocked it out of the park with this knife. In my opinion, Hogue's implementation of the AXIS-style lock is better, as there is less break-in time and smoother than Benchmade's. G10 handles are contoured nicely & feels solid in hand. Blade is sharp & perfectly centered out of the box. I have 5 other knives by Hogue, and their craftsmanship is exceptional. This knife is no exception

Best factory edge
The factory edge has a mirror finish and literally falls through paper with only the weight of the knife itself. Drop shut out of the box with zero play anywhere. Not the fastest flicker with the thumb studs but buttery smooth and solid lockup. G10 has a great tactile sense via the milling pattern and contouring makes the handle feel just right. Unlike the pic, thumb studs are also black. ABLE/AXIS lock is smooth and pleasant. This is the most expensive knife I own and thus far is worth every cent.
Size and shape is in every facet VERY similar to the Kershaw Blur, the only major differences being slight blade recurve (Blur) and contoured handles (Ritter). -
The Best EDC!
This is the nicest Axis-Lock type folder, that I have ever used. The quality in this great folder is off the charts. I absolutely love mine; I have the large all blacked out version. I will most likely purchase another, just in case something happens to this one. It's among my all time favorite SDUEDC Folders. Hogue makes exceptionally good and high quality folders; I own four different Hogue's. I have this one and two different EXO1's, and a blacked out Deka. And, I love them all. The quality is better than any other folder I own. I highly recommend any of the Hogue Folders. Peace, Stiletto :-)

Improved Ritter Grip
I’m glad the Ritter Griptilian found a capable new home. This knife is excellent. The black Cerakote finish is clean and there are zero quality issues with my unit...perfect centering and decent action out of the box (only required a 1/16 turn of the pivot for drop smooth action). The improved materials of the G2 are very appreciated along with the deep carry clip. Overall, the RSK MK1-G2 is a far better offering than its Griptilian cousin.

Hogue ritter
This knife is outstanding. I, like many knife addicts, own many spyderco's, benchmade's, protechs, etc. This knife is basically a benchmade griptilian if you could improve it. The lock is very similar to an axis lock, but the geometry actually makes the lock more effective. The grips are incredible, and 20CV steel is great. The blade came extremely sharp. Much sharper than benchmades come out of the box. I have yet to attempt to sharpen the blade. The deep carry clip is great, I only wish it were a hair thicker steel.

Blacked Out Hogue Ritter
Received today, and this one lives up to the hype-everything is basically perfect.I have multiple bechmades, spydees, etc, and I can tell you this is a very high quality knife, and although none of my benchmades had any of the issues people sometimes mention, this is just a cnthair bette, although you would really have to have a sharp eye to notice it-nothing wrong with benchmade, mind you, this is just a LEETLE better, and MUCH more reasonable priced, for what you're getting.
And these guys are FAST-I ordered Thur afternnon, and got it Sat,(my usual guys take four to five days-I am impressed
