I'm not sure what makes this hat "tactical", I would think all the white on it would make it NOT tactical. But it IS a nice hat. It has the old style plastic size adjustment on the back, and I'm okay with that as I don't care for the fitted caps. It is of a firm build and holds its shape well. It does NOT looks as good on me as it does their model though. :(
