The Pro-Tech VERO Synapse 2 Custom 002 is a 2026 Pro-Tech Custom Division piece pairing a 3.44-inch Chad Nichols Raindrop Damascus blade with a 2-tone blasted and tumbled 17-4 heat treated steel handle in a herringbone milled texture. The Damascus pattern is the centerpiece — Nichols Raindrop produces the concentric swirling pattern visible across the full blade face, ground by Pro-Tech to the Synapse 2's characteristic profile. The 17-4 precipitation-hardened steel handle is machined with a deep herringbone crosshatch and finished in two tones: blasted for matte contrast, tumbled for a subtler sheen on the textured high points.

Black lip pearl button and a DLC machined titanium clip complete a build where every material choice reinforces the premium Custom Division intent. The Synapse 2 push-button automatic mechanism delivers the same fast, reliable deployment as the standard Synapse platform in a handle construction that no production run can replicate.

Pro-Tech Knives warrants this knife to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. Covered: replacement parts and labor. Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage caused by neglect, misuse or abuse, failure to perform normal maintenance, handle and blade finishes worn by normal use, blades harmed by improper sharpening or accidental damage, or non-factory modifications.
