Q: Do I get points for purchases made before the program launched?
A: Points are only earned on purchases made after the official launch of the KW Rewards program. We cannot apply points retroactively to past orders.
Q: Can I apply my points to a previous order?
A: No, points can only be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
Q: How do I calculate how many points I’ll earn from shopping?
A: We keep it simple: Spend $1, Earn 1 Point. (Excluding tax and shipping).

Q: When will my points show up in my account?
A: Points are automatically added to your balance once your order status is updated to "Shipped."
Q: Do my points expire?
A: No! Your unredeemed points do not have an expiration date. Save them up for a big purchase or use them as you go—it’s up to you.
Q: What happens to my points if I return an item?
A: If you return an item or cancel an order, the points earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from your balance.
- Negative Balance: If you have already spent the points from an order that you later return, your account may show a negative point balance. In this case, the value of those used points will be deducted from your refund.
