How do I earn points?＋
There are five easy ways to build your balance:
- Shop: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on products
- Sign Up: Get a 100-point bonus just for creating an account
- Birthday: Receive a 50-point gift every year on your special day
- Engage: Earn 5 points for writing a review and 5 points for uploading a photo
Do I get points for purchases made before the program launched?＋
Points are only earned on purchases made after the official launch of KW Rewards. We're unable to apply points retroactively to past orders.
Can I apply my points to a previous order?＋
No. Points can only be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
How do I calculate how many points I'll earn from shopping?＋
It's simple: spend $1, earn 1 point (excluding tax and shipping).
What do I get for redeeming my points?＋
Direct savings. Redeeming points unlocks dollar-off discounts on your next order — check the rewards chart above to see each tier.
When will my points show up in my account?＋
Points are added automatically once your order status updates to "Shipped."
Do my points expire?＋
No. Unredeemed points never expire — save them for a big purchase or use them as you go.
What happens to my points if I return an item?＋
If you return an item or cancel an order, the points earned from that purchase are deducted from your balance.
- Negative Balance: If you've already spent points from an order you later return, your account may show a negative balance — the value of those used points will be deducted from your refund.
