Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please give us a call within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. (888-225-9775)
Once you have your RA number, your return must arrive within 10 days from the date you called us.
Please note:

RA numbers are only issued by phone, not by email.

Make sure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of your return package—packages without this will be refused.
Additional terms and conditions apply.
1) All items must be factory new, unused, and in their original box with all factory paperwork included.
2) All shipping is non-refundable; we do not pay return shipping.
3) Do not ship items back in a padded envelope as the box may be easily crushed or damaged.
4) We ask that you keep a record of the return tracking number.
5) Include a copy of the original invoice along with a note detailing the reason for the return.
6.) PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE PRODUCT BOXES OR PUT TAPE ON THEM, this causes damage to the box and once this happens, we cannot accept them back for a refund or exchange.

If you receive the wrong item, rest assured—we’ll make it right. We take full responsibility for the error and will cover all shipping costs to ensure you receive the correct product. While we do not offer express shipping in these cases, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and providing a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
Sezzel Returns/Cancellations
Knifeworks is pleased to offer Sezzle as a convenient payment option for our valued customers. Please note that any orders canceled or refunded through Sezzle will be subject to a 6% processing fee.
We are committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining transparency in all transactions, including refunds. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Route Package Protection
Should you decide to return your product, Route Package Protection will not be refunded.
Engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final.
Promotional Item Return & Exchange Policy
If you received a promotional item (e.g., Bonus Buy, Gift Card, etc.) with your purchase, you're more than welcome to return your product for a refund or exchange.

If you choose a refund, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If you choose to exchange your product for another item that does not qualify for the promotional offer, you will be charged the value of the promotional item.

Items that come with FREE shipping that are returned will be Refunded the Amount of the product less $7.95 shipping.
Items that are returned incomplete will not be refunded until we receive everything back.
Items returned for a refund must be in their original, new, and unused condition. Additionally, all original manufacturer packaging materials must be returned. Returned merchandise not meeting these conditions is subject to a 25% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount, this is determined by the manager.
Defective merchandise may be replaced within 30 days of the invoice date, for unused items only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. If you choose to return a defective item for refund or replacement, return shipping is your responsibility; we will cover the cost of shipping it back to you.
Abuse of the return policy
Returns are a costly service for us to provide, however, we are happy to meet the needs of our customers. If you abuse the return policy, as determined by the owner of Knifeworks.com, you will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee. An example of abusing the return policy might be the habitual return of items.
