Return Policy
If you are unhappy with an item you ordered, please call us within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Returns must be received within 10 days from the day you call for your RA number. RA numbers will not be issued by email. This number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping box, or your package will be refused. The following terms and conditions apply:
1) All items must be factory new, unused, and in their original box with all factory paperwork included.
2) All shipping is non-refundable; we do not pay return shipping.
3) Do not ship items back in a padded envelope as the box may be easily crushed or damaged.
4) We ask that you keep a record of the return tracking number.
5) Include a copy of the original invoice along with a note detailing the reason for the return.
6.) PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE PRODUCT BOXES OR PUT TAPE ON THEM, this causes damage to the box and once this happens, we cannot accept them back for a refund or exchange.
At Knifeworks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you happen to receive the wrong item, rest assured that we will take full responsibility for it. We will cover all shipping costs to ensure you receive the correct product and make it right. Please note that we do not offer express shipping in such cases, but we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
Sezzel Returns/Cancellations
Knifeworks offers a convenient payment option with Sezzel for our valued customers. However, we kindly remind you that any canceled or refunded orders using this payment method will incur a 6% fee. We are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring transparency in all transactions, including refunds.
Route Package Protection
Should you decide to return your product, Route Package Protection will not be refunded.
All engraved items cannot be returned.
If you have received a promotional item (Bonus Buy, Gift Card, etc) with your purchase. You are more than welcome to send your product back for a refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund total amount. If you choose to exchange your product for another item that does not qualify for the promotional item, you will be charged for the value of the promotional item. If you have any questions or concerns about the promotional items return and exchange, please feel free to contact us regarding this matter.
Items that come with FREE shipping that are returned will be Refunded the Amount of the product less $7.95 shipping.
Items that are returned incomplete will not be refunded until we receive everything back.
Items returned for a refund must be in their original, new, and unused condition. Additionally, all original manufacturer packaging materials must be returned. Returned merchandise not meeting these conditions is subject to a 25% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount, this is determined by the manager.
If your merchandise is defective, it will be replaced during the first 30 days after the invoice date on unused items ONLY. Defective items will be sent back to us at your cost. We will ship a replacement item at our expense. After that period, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly regarding any defects their warranty covers. If you decide to send your knife back to us on a defective item for a refund or replacement, you will be responsible for the shipping charges back to us and we will ship it back to you free of charge.
Abuse of the return policy
Returns are a costly service for us to provide, however, we are happy to meet the needs of our customers. If you abuse the return policy, as determined by the owner of Knifeworks.com, you will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee. An example of abusing the return policy might be the habitual return of items.
