The Ferrum's Reserve 9′′ Carving Knife is handcrafted in Willamette Valley, Oregon, and has a handle made from salvaged Black Walnut that is curved to suit your hand precisely. Each blade is hand-sharpened to a 16 Degree "apple seed" edge using robust American steel that has been forged for durability. Our carving knife has a long, narrow blade that works well for slicing huge roasts, hams, and turkeys into uniformly thin pieces. The long blade eliminates the need for sawing while the sharp edge and ridged tip aid in cutting the meat away from the bone.
