At Knifeworks Inc., our primary goal is to ensure that every customer feels comfortable and confident while shopping with us. We strive to provide a seamless experience with each purchase. Customer satisfaction is our top priority! That’s why we guarantee: if you don’t receive your order, you’ll get your money back—no questions asked.
International Sales & Orders
The following terms are required for all international orders.

- Additional weight will be added to the order and charged once the order has been processed. If paying with a credit card, additional charges will automatically be taken from your account.
- All new customers who choose a credit card for their first time payment will be emailed to verify this purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
- Shipping address and Billing address must be in the same country. For returning customers who need to ship to a different address than their billing address, please contact the sales representative before confirming the address change.
- All International orders can be changed within two business days after placing the order, or before the status of the order is changed to “Ready To Ship.” After that, the order cannot be changed.
- If none of the above requirements are met, we will cancel your order immediately.
- Customers are responsible for being aware of the laws of their country. We do not calculate International Duties and Taxes for the countries to which we ship. The order is eligible to be returned to the sender if it is not delivered. It is also your responsibility to know what is and is not legal to import to the country you’re residing in.
- Orders that are processed, packaged, and ready to be shipped and are requested to be cancelled by the customer will be charged a 25% cancellation fee, plus any reasonable charges or expenses incurred due to commitments made by Knifeworks. Please note that this will only be assessed and charged for large items ordered in large quantities or specially ordered for the customer. No exceptions.

- Western Union (Sales representative will contact the customer for updated subtotal and instructions to send money via Western Union)
- Bank Wire Transfer (Click here for more info) (Sales Representative will contact customer with directions to wire payment)
- If choosing MONEY ORDER as a payment option, you MUST put the payment method you wish to pay with, i.e., Bank Wire Transfer or Western Union. If there are no notes in your order, please be aware that we will contact you by email, allowing 2 weeks to pass before we cancel the order if no response is received. Credit cards will only be processed through our website. If you are experiencing difficulties placing an order with a credit card, please contact our international team for assistance. You can input the payment method in the optional customer notes when placing the order online. All credit card payments must be processed online by inputting the card information in the payment method data at checkout.
- Our sales representative will contact all customers who chose the MONEY ORDER option to inquire about the preferred payment method for proceeding. The sales representative will contact you upon receipt of the order.
- If there is no response, we will immediately cancel the order 14 days after the customer has been contacted by email. If you still do not see an email in your account, please contact help@knifeworks.com by email.
International Shipping (Non-Remote areas)
USPS Priority Mail International
- Shipping costs start at $65.95 for the first pound and $5.00 for each additional pound.
- An additional weight fee will be applied to your order and charged to your payment method on file once the order begins processing.
- Shipping Time: The carrier advertises 10-20 business days to customs. The time from customs to your postal center, then to your door, will vary by country.
DHL or UPS
- The base rate is $45.00. Shipments may incur additional fees beyond the base rate, which we may apply to the total amount.
- An additional weight fee will be applied to your order and charged to your account once the order process has started.
- Shipping Time: Typically around 5-14 business days.
FedEx
- The base rate is $36.00. Shipments may incur additional fees beyond the base rate, which we may apply to the total amount.
- An additional weight fee will be applied to your order and charged to your account once the order process has started.
- Shipping Time: Typically around 7-20 business days.

International Shipping (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Remote Areas)
USPS Priority Mail International
- Shipping costs start at $75.95 for the first pound, $5.00 per additional pound.
- An additional weight fee will be applied to your order and charged to your payment method on file once the order begins processing.
- Shipping Time: The carrier advertises 10-20 business days to customs. The time from customs to your postal center, then to your door, will vary by country.
UPS or FedEx
- The base rate is $45.00. Shipments may incur additional fees beyond this base rate, which we may apply to the total amount.
- An additional weight fee will be applied to your order and charged to your account once the order process has started.
- Shipping Time: Typically around 7-20 business days.
Please note: Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
Canada Shipping via UPS, DHL, or FedEx
- The base shipping rate is $45.00. Please note that shipments may incur additional fees based on the package's weight, size, and destination. These potential fees will be communicated to you by our sales representative via email.
- Shipping Time: The carrier guarantees delivery to customs within 5-14 business days. However, we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your package to arrive at your door after clearing customs.

Restricted Brands to Export Outside the USA

If an international order includes any of the restricted brands listed above, a sales representative will contact the customer via email to arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the manufacturer’s corporate policy, NO EXEPTIONS can be made.

- Balisong (Butterfly Knives)
Europe (includes general)
In various countries of the European Union, different acts of legislation range from a complete ban on importing knives with a fixed or lockable blade that can be opened one-handed to the absence of restrictions on knife products. Please refer to the laws of your country.
Insurance / Lost, Damage, or Shortage of your order
Customers who want to buy insurance for their order, please select the Route Protection plan offered at checkout. This way, you will have peace of mind while waiting for your package to be delivered to your door.

Charged Back / Disputed
- If a customer files a chargeback before we have a chance to resolve the issue, their account will be permanently closed, and they will no longer be able to place orders with us. We encourage all customers to contact our support team first so we can promptly address and resolve any concerns.
