Product Description
Buck 112 Ranger - (BU112BRS) 3" 420HC Satin Clip Point Plain Blade, Ebony Hardwood Handle
Our story originated with the invention of the 110 Folding Hunter, which was a common fixture on many sailors' belts within the Navy. There occurred an unfortunate incident when this particular model was involved in a physical altercation between two sailors. The consequences led to restrictive intervention from their captain, who enacted a rule governing maximum permissible knife blade length. The ensuing limitation revealed that our prominent 110 Folding Hunter exceeded these newly instituted safety guidelines. Therefore, we at Buck Knives promptly responded to this development by designating and manufacturing the Ranger — essentially embodying a more compact iteration of our esteemed 110 model. In addition to these models, another traditional favorite among our range is the Model number 112. It exhibits qualities such as folded dimensions measuring precisely at 4 and one-quarter inches (equivalent to approximately 10.8 cm). Complementarily packaged with an imported sheath for each purchase ensuring its protection remains uncompromised when not in use.
