The Cold Steel Grik is a slim, practical folding knife designed for everyday carry and general utility work. Created by custom knife maker Andrew Demko, the Grik combines functional design with Cold Steel’s reputation for durability and dependable performance.

The 3-inch modified spear point blade is made from Japanese AUS-8A stainless steel, offering a strong balance of edge retention, toughness, and easy sharpening. The blade features a satin finish and a carefully designed spine recess that functions as a thumb stop for added leverage or a finger index point for precise tip control.

The handle is built from black and OD green G-10, shaped for a comfortable and secure grip while maintaining a thin, low-profile carry. Its lightweight design allows the knife to ride easily in the pocket without unnecessary bulk.

A reversible polymer pocket clip provides discreet carry while remaining comfortable during extended use. Unlike traditional metal clips, the polymer clip helps reduce hot spots in the hand and minimizes the chance of scratching surfaces.
