The 400 series steel blades of the Cold Steel Kitchen Classics collection are precision flat ground, cryo-quenched, and ice tempered for high performance cutting. Every model in the series has a razor-sharp edge that keeps getting sharper over time, and some of them have serrated edges that are especially useful for the jobs they were made to do.
The handle on the Kitchen Classics has been redesigned to provide a firm but comfortable grip. Having an inner core made of hard Zy-Ex for durability and an outer shell made of softer, food-safe Kray-Ex for a non-slip grip that must be experienced to be believed!
