This Douk-Douk knife has a treated carbon steel blade. Your knife is faithful and useful whenever you need companion, we recommend that you wipe it after each use. Not doing so can affect the blade. Do not put in the dishwasher or let it stay in water. The spring is AFNOR XC48 heat treated for excellent strength and flexibility.
