This Fallknive K1 Blue Whales has a handle is made out of tacky Thermorum rubber for better grip. The 8" VG-10 stainless steel blade hardened to 59HRC with a thickness of 0.1". The tang runs through the handle at almost full width. Note that this knife is not adapted for cutting frozen food, nor chopping bones.
