Fallkniven White Whale Santoku Knife (FNK2) 7" VG-10 Drop Point Plain Blade, Black Thermorun Handle
The handle is made out of tacky Thermorum rubber for better grip. The 7" VG-10 stainless steel blade hardened to 59HRC with a thickness of 0.1". The tang runs through the handle at almost full width. Note that this knife is not adapted for cutting frozen food, nor chopping bones.
