The blade is precision-machined from Bohler K340 Austrian tool steel, delivering outstanding toughness and edge retention. With a 6mm thick blade and a durable Teflon coating, the knife is built to handle heavy-duty cutting tasks while resisting wear. The tanto blade profile provides reinforced tip strength for piercing and hard-use applications, while spine jimping enhances thumb control during detailed work.

The handle features black G10 scales designed for a secure, ergonomic grip. The textured surface helps maintain control in wet or demanding conditions, and the scales are secured with steel Torx fasteners for durability. A glass-breaker pommel adds additional emergency utility.

For carry, the LFK-04 includes an ambidextrous Kydex sheath with a DOTS USA belt mount system. The friction lock retention keeps the knife secure while allowing fast access when needed.
