We are experiencing several packages being returned to us from Customs. We try to work with our customers the best way we can on any and all returned packages. We will contact the customer once the package has arrived at our facility and has been checked for any damages during transit. For any returned package, you will be charged $30.00 Re-stocking fee. This includes packages that are returned with a RMA # as well. (International Customers Only)
There are different options you can choose from once we have received your return:
- You can request a refund for the amount of your order (less $30.00 re-stocking fee, any shipping fee and Insurance fee) onto your credit card or PayPal account
- You can request a store credit for the refund amount of your order.
- You may have the package shipped to you again, paying all shipping fees.
