The Effile line is very ergonomic and stylish. You can use the N08 and N010 as pocket knives. While the N015 can be used for on-the-go filleting, the N012 is a fantastic table knife. Every Effile knife has a flexible, narrow blade; the larger ones are excellent for filleting fish, and the smaller ones are excellent for chopping fruits and vegetables. Please remember that the Effile knives are not meant to be used for heavy-duty jobs and have a slightly flexible blade. Aim to keep your Opinel knife dry after each use and try not to leave it in wet conditions for extended periods of time.
