Elegant and extremely ergonomic is the Effile series. As pocket knives, the N08 and N010 are functional. On the go, the N015 can be used for filleting, while the N012 makes an excellent table knife. The narrow, flexible blades of all Effile knives are excellent for cutting fruits and vegetables, while the larger ones are perfect for filleting fish. Please remember that Effile knives are not meant to be used for heavy-duty jobs and that their blades are only somewhat flexible. Try not to use your Opinel knife in wet conditions for extended periods of time, and make sure the blade is dry after each usage.
