This American-made particle metallurgy steel's carefully calibrated chemistry encourages the production of niobium carbides along with vanadium and chromium carbides, increasing its toughness without compromising wear resistance. This knife's totally flat-ground blade makes the most of these characteristics and comes in a choice of PlainEdge or fully serrated SpyderEdge styles. The handle is made of bright blue fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) scales, a sturdy LinerLock mechanism, skeletonized full stainless steel liners, a satin-finished blade, and a versatile four-position pocket clip with left or right-side, tip-up or down options.
