This exclusive Sprint Run™ iteration of the Military™ 2 features a blade constructed from CPM® 15V®, recognized as an exceptional material that provides the highest level of wear resistance among all cold-work tool steels currently available. Comprising nearly 15 percent vanadium, its unique alloy composition results in a particularly high density of vanadium carbides within its microstructure. This characteristic translates into remarkable cutting performance and superior edge retention in knife blades.

The limited-edition collection of CPM 15V knives from Spyderco is further enhanced by a specialized heat-treating protocol developed by esteemed custom knifemaker Shawn Houston. This Sprint Run version of the Military 2 faithfully incorporates all the proven elements inherent in the original design, including a high-strength Compression Lock® mechanism and a versatile four-position pocket clip.
