AIO stands for Adapt, Improvise, Overcome — a guiding principle behind the Medford AIO-2. Originally inspired by a sketch from a Force Reconnaissance Marine, the AIO-2 was reissued in 2026 with updated geometry and a dehorned profile for more comfortable carry.

The 6.0" drop point blade is crafted from CPM 3V tool steel for exceptional toughness and edge stability. The tumbled finish reduces glare and hides wear. Instead of serrations, the blade features a dull-notched section for paracord lashing to strengthen improvised spear setups, along with a fire-starting divot positioned for practical field use. A grooved pommel replaces the previous pry bar design, offering controlled striking capability.

Built with full tang construction and black G-10 handle scales, the AIO-2 delivers strength, balance, and secure grip. The included black Kydex sheath provides reliable retention and practical carry options.
