The Benchmade CLA Automatic (Model 4300BK), or Composite Lite Auto, is a lightweight and robust automatic folder—Benchmade's first with G-10 handles—making it a superb all-purpose mid-sized platform for EDC. This automatic knife weighs only 3.47 ounces and features a 3.40-inch Drop Point plain edge blade crafted from premium 154CM stainless steel (58-61 HRC). The blade is finished with a durable Black coating for reduced reflection and enhanced protection. The handle is built with contoured, ultra-smooth Black G-10 scales, offering strength, durability, and a secure grip. Reliable and rapid blade deployment is achieved via the easy-to-use, enlarged Push Button Automatic mechanism, which includes a front-mounted safety switch for added security. The CLA features a reversible, deep-carry pocket clip and is proudly Made in the USA.
