Hogue EX-A01 Auto (HO34136) 3.5" 154CM Stonewashed Drop Point Plain Blade, Black Anodized Aluminum Handle
The EX01 Tactical Folder from Hogue Knives' Extreme Series is now offered with an automated opening mechanism. The button lock mechanism allows for a smooth and secure lockup. A front-mounted safety mechanism is also present to lock the blade. The handle is anodized black on 6061-T6 aluminum. There are grip strength grooves on the front of the handle, and a wide reversible pocket clip on the back allows for tip-down or tip-up carrying. The 154-CM drop point steel blade has a simple edge that is razor sharp and is stonewashed.
Hogue, a company well known for gun grips, has entered the knife market with the release of the Allen Elishewitz-designed Extreme Series. The knives have a nice appearance, are easy to hold, and perform flawlessly.
