Deployment is exceptionally smooth and fast thanks to the manual KVT ball-bearing system, allowing the blade to glide open with a simple pull on the flipper tab. The handle is constructed from Olive Drab glass-filled nylon (GFN) with a specialized rubberized overmold and heavy texturing for a "super-grippy" feel in any weather condition.
