The Spyderco Para 3 takes the highly acclaimed performance of the Para Military™ 2 and refines it into a more compact, pocket-friendly form. Built for serious everyday carry, this model features a 3-inch blade precision-machined from ultra-high-performance Maxamet® steel, delivering outstanding edge retention and cutting capability.

The blade’s full-flat grind ensures an ideal balance of strength, slicing power, and low-friction performance. A textured index-finger choil and thumb ramp provide superior grip and control for precision tasks, while Spyderco’s signature Round Hole™ allows fast, one-handed opening with either hand.

Designed with carry and comfort in mind, the Para 3 features an open-backed construction with nested stainless steel liners inside rugged textured G-10 scales. This reduces overall thickness while maintaining structural integrity and strength.

At the heart of the design is Spyderco’s Compression Lock™, located in the spine of the handle. This high-strength lock mechanism ensures safe, secure lock-up while allowing smooth, one-handed closing.
