CPM MagnaCut is a powder-metallurgy stainless steel designed to combine strong edge retention and toughness with very high corrosion resistance. Benchmade runs it at 60-62 HRC and finishes the edge with its SelectEdge sharpening process, so the knife keeps cutting through a full processing job and holds up well to blood and moisture. The high tip handles detail work, the generous belly handles long skinning strokes, and contoured pinch points let you choke up for control in tight spaces. The gut hook wears Rust Orange Cerakote to match the handle.
