Warranty Information
Case Knives warrants every knife to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the owner. This includes cracked covers at the pin (without signs of abuse), blades broken at the tang, chipped or cracked blades (with no signs of prying), bad blade temper, missing shields, and faulty walk-and-talk action (unless worn down by normal use). Case will either repair the knife or replace it with a new, currently manufactured knife that most closely matches the original, at their discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse (using the knife as a hammer, chisel, pry bar, or screwdriver); such damage can be evaluated and repaired for a reasonable fee.
