The 2.75" Wharncliffe blade is Tru-Sharp™ Surgical Stainless Steel with a mirror-polished finish. Its straight edge and downward-curving spine give it excellent control for precise, detailed cuts, a shape favored by buyers who want a more deliberate, controlled edge than a curved blade profile offers. As a traditional slip joint, the blade opens and closes by hand without a locking mechanism.
