Demko’s AD20.5 puts a compact Wharncliffe blade and Andrew Demko’s Shark-Lock™ into a carbon fiber folder that weighs just 3.5 oz.
The blade is 3.0" of CPM-S35VN stainless steel, 0.13" thick, with a straight plain edge, a Wharncliffe profile, and a stonewashed finish. The Shark-Lock sits on the spine, where a ramp-like fin operates it. Demko lists two openers, a thumb stud and a thumb hole, so you can choose how you deploy the blade. Carbon fiber scales ride over steel liners for a 0.32" thick handle, and the tip-up clip is set up for right- or left-hand carry. Closed, it measures 4.25". Designed by Andrew Demko and made in Taiwan.
