Karesuando Kniven KAR3588 Fire Striker Reinderr Horn

The Karesuando Kniven Firesteel is a traditional Swedish-style large firesteel with a custom handle made from Reindeer Antler. The handle is large enough to provide a firm grip even when wearing heavy gloves, but not so large that it will interfere with most carry methods, such as a firesteel loop on a sheath. The handle is easy to grip and has a lanyard hole with a leather lanyard.

These custom-made firesteels use ferrocerium rods. The rod is 3/8" in diameter.

These firesteels are durable and can last for up to 12,000 strikes. They produce a 4,000-5,500 degree spark and are designed to work in adverse conditions, even when wet.

The Karesuando logo is etched on the handle.

Since these firesteels are handmade, the size of the handle and the length will vary.
