The Kershaw Emerson CQC-8K is a tactical powerhouse born from the collaboration between Kershaw’s precision manufacturing and Ernest Emerson’s legendary functional design. Based on the iconic Emerson "Horseman" profile, this version features a specialized single-bevel American Tanto blade, engineered for a razor-sharp edge and superior piercing strength. Whether for professional duty or serious outdoor utility, the CQC-8K is built to perform in the most demanding environments.

The 3.5-inch blade is crafted from upgraded 8Cr14MoV stainless steel, offering enhanced edge retention and hardness. It is finished with a non-reflective black-oxide coating that provides a stealthy look and an extra layer of corrosion protection. Like all Kershaw-Emerson folders, it features the patented Emerson Wave Shaped Feature®, allowing the user to deploy the blade instantly as it is withdrawn from the pocket. For standard manual opening, a textured thumb disk is also provided. The handle is equipped with textured black G-10 scales, providing a high-traction, "locked-in" grip that feels comfortable during extended use.
