The Pro-Tech Scapegoat Compact Auto RCS1106 is the all-black DLC configuration of the Ramon Chaves collaboration build — the same compact push-button automatic platform as the blue variant, finished entirely in black. At 7.15" overall and 2.85 oz, it carries as one of the lightest push-button automatics in the Pro-Tech lineup at this blade length.
The blade is MagnaMax — a high wear-resistance steel that targets K390/CPM-10V-tier edge retention while maintaining MagnaCut's corrosion resistance. At 3.15" on a clip point profile with flat grind and 0.125" blade thickness, the DLC black finish runs the blade in a fully dark tactical aesthetic that matches the black handle and hardware throughout the build.
The handle is black 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum with Ramon Chaves' carbide non-slip textured milling pattern — a full-surface treatment that provides aggressive, consistent grip across the entire handle without the sharp edges of jimping or deep channel milling. Bead blasted hardware and a DLC black short deep carry clip complete the all-black configuration. The push-button automatic fires the blade via Pro-Tech's plunge lock button lock mechanism.

Pro-Tech Knives warrants this knife to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. Covered: replacement parts and labor. Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage caused by neglect, misuse or abuse, failure to perform normal maintenance, natural handle materials, handle and blade finishes worn by normal use, blades harmed by improper sharpening or accidental damage, or non-factory modifications. All knives returned for warranty consideration must include $15 for return handling and postage plus a completed service request form.
