The Rough Rider RR2483 is a traditional single-blade lockback built around the upswept trailing point — a blade geometry better suited to slicing, skinning, and detail work than the drop point or clip point profiles that dominate most production folders. At 3.25" of plain edge on an upswept profile, this blade gives maximum belly and a fine tip in a package that closes to 4.25" and weighs 3.80 oz.

The blade is stainless steel at 54–56 HRC with a satin finish that reduces glare and shows the geometry of the upswept profile cleanly. The match-strike nail nick provides more surface area for thumb purchase than a standard nail nick — a practical detail on a blade this size.
