The Enuff Salt is a compact fixed blade with a 2.75-inch H-2 sheepsfoot blade, fully serrated with Spyderco's SpyderEdge, on a skeletonized full tang. It comes with a polymer sheath that has grommeted construction for attaching to watersports gear and a G-Clip mount for belt carry.

A sheepsfoot blade has a straight cutting edge, with the spine curving down to meet it at the tip. That shape reduces the risk of accidental punctures when cutting close to a person, gear, or an inflatable, which is why it is popular for water rescue and boating. Always cut with care and keep the edge pointed away from people.

H-2 is a highly corrosion-resistant steel used in Spyderco's Salt Series. Spyderco says its austenitic properties give it an exceptionally hard cutting edge with a tough, springy back, which suits a serrated blade used around salt water. Rinse the knife and sheath with fresh water and dry them after salt exposure to keep them in top condition.

Spyderco's SpyderEdge is a fully serrated edge pattern. The serrations grip fibrous materials, so the blade cuts rope, line, and webbing where a plain edge tends to slip. To sharpen it, use the corner of a triangle or tapered rod to touch up each serration from the beveled side, then lightly remove the burr on the flat side. Spyderco also offers factory sharpening service.

The CFB31SY ships with the knife and a polymer sheath with a G-Clip mount. Packaging and included items are set by Spyderco and are subject to change.
