CPM MagnaCut is a powder-metallurgy stainless steel designed to combine strong edge retention and toughness with very high corrosion resistance. Here it is full-flat ground to 0.145" thick, satin finished, and fully serrated with Spyderco's SpyderEdge pattern. Serrations bite into rope, line, webbing, and other fibrous materials that can make a plain edge slip.
