The 3-inch clip point blade is CPM S35VN stainless steel, ground flat and stonewashed. S35VN is widely regarded as one of the best all-around blade steels in production knife making — excellent edge retention, superior toughness compared to its predecessor S30V, and corrosion resistance that holds up in real carry conditions. Hardness runs HRC 60-62, right in the sweet spot for a balance of sharpness and durability. Deployment is ambidextrous through the thumb hole and runs on ceramic ball bearings for a smooth, consistent break every time. The top liner lock engages cleanly and holds with no play.
The gray titanium handle is contoured with generous jimping on the spine for grip during detail work, and the deep carry titanium clip keeps the knife completely below the pocket line.
