The 2 7/8" skinner blade is made from 1095 carbon steel, a classic high-carbon steel that takes a keen edge and touches up easily on a stone. The long, straight edge and gently curved tip handle opening feed sacks, cutting twine, and everyday chores. The bone handle is jigged in Case's Gator pattern for a scaled, grippy texture and finished with a nickel silver CASE bowtie shield.
