The Case XX Axe Handle (BR61135 CS) is a single-blade lockback named for its curved, axe-handle-shaped frame, and this 2026 edition wears Persimmon Orange bone with Case's Gator jig for a bold, textured look.
The 3 3/8" clip blade is made from 1095 carbon steel, a classic high-carbon steel that takes a keen edge and touches up easily on a stone. Case gives it a polished finish and a flat taper grind for clean, controlled slicing. The bone handle is dyed in-house and jigged in Case's Gator pattern for a scaled, grippy texture, finished with a nickel silver CASE bowtie shield.
