Product Description
Like the Zancudo, the Avispa — Spanish for "wasp" — is a frame lock folding knife created by Mike Perrin and Jeff Randall of ESEE and Randall's Adventure & Training (RAT), with their full support.
This Avispa has a tried-and-true blade modeled after the Laser Strike fixed blade, ground from SK-5 steel with a stonewash finish, paired with a stainless steel frame lock handle and textured black polymer scale. The Avispa has a wonderful opening movement and is compact and comfortable — add the pocket clip to the equation, and you have a contender for a spot in any EDC rotation.
- Blade: SK-5 steel (60-64 HRC), stonewash finish, flat-ground plain edge drop point — modeled after the Laser Strike fixed blade
- Handle: Textured black polymer scale, stainless steel frame lock
