Ketuo USA warrants the Karbon Terminal to be free from defects in materials, construction, and manufacturing quality. If a qualifying defect causes the knife to fail under its intended design or use, Ketuo USA will repair the knife or replace it with the same model (or an equivalent model if discontinued) at no cost for the service itself. If hardware or screws arrive missing out of the box, replacement hardware can be requested directly. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse — prying, throwing, dropping, or using the knife as a chisel, pry bar, or hammer — nor does it cover broken blade tips from lateral force, chipped edges from hard cutting, serration damage, damage from improper sharpening, unauthorized disassembly, modding, or third-party repair, or rust and discoloration from inadequate care. To file a claim, contact Ketuo USA customer service before sending the item back, with photos of the knife/issue and proof of purchase ready; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to send the knife in for warranty evaluation.
