The Leatherman Rebar 831554 is the all-black version of the 17-tool Rebar, built on the classic 1983 Leatherman design. The frame, blades, implements, and fasteners are all finished in black oxide, pairing full-size pliers and replaceable wire cutters with two locking 420HC blades for job sites, trade work, and DIY projects.

420HC stainless steel is used for both blades, one plain and one serrated. It resists rust from sweat and moisture, holds up to everyday cutting, and returns to a working edge quickly on a basic sharpener. A black oxide finish covers the blades, the 420 stainless steel frame, the implements, and the fasteners for a uniform, low-shine black look.
