MAM Knives 10-Year Manufacturer Warranty: MAM Cutelarias products are backed by a 10-Year Manufacturer Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Covered: factory defects, faulty assembly, structural material failures, or improper hardening under normal, intended cutting use. If a knife is determined to be defective, MAM will repair or replace it with an equivalent model. Not covered: normal wear and tear (dulling of the hand-sharpened edge over time, normal wood grain wear, minor cosmetic scratches), misuse or hard abuse (prying, hammering, throwing, or using a non-locking friction folder for heavy-duty tasks outside intended light utility cutting), water or moisture damage (warping or swelling from submerging the beechwood handle in water or washing it in a dishwasher), and unauthorized alterations (disassembling the friction ferrule ring or modifying the blade shape).
