The Pro-Tech Avalon Peace Neighbor Battleworn Blue brings a distressed finish to the knurled aluminum handle that defines the Peace Neighbor (Shawn Ashmore) Avalon collaboration — a battleworn treatment that breaks up the solid blue anodized color with worn-through high points, simulating years of carry wear before the knife leaves the factory.

The blade is CPM-MagnaCut at 61–63 HRC — one of the strongest all-around performance steels available in a production folder, balancing edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance without older powder metallurgy tradeoffs. At 4.25" on a drop point profile with flat grind, the stonewash finish keeps the geometry clean and resists surface wear marking in daily use.

The handle is battleworn blue 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum with a fully knurled texture — the knurling cuts through the battleworn finish at the high points, creating a worn-metal look at the most prominent contact points while retaining solid blue color in the recesses. All hardware, thumb studs, and the long deep carry clip are finished in blasted gray to complement the distressed colorway rather than matching the blue. The button lock provides positive, secure lock-up.
