The Pro-Tech Avalon Peace Neighbor "Del Fuego" is the custom anodized variant of the Peace Neighbor (Shawn Ashmore) Avalon collaboration — a smooth aluminum handle finished in a multi-color anodized treatment that runs red into orange into black across the surface, a finish process that produces gradient variation rather than a flat single color.

The blade is CPM-MagnaCut — one of the strongest all-around performance steels available in a production folder, balancing edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance without older powder metallurgy tradeoffs. At 4.25" on a drop point profile with a DLC black coating, the blade is finished entirely in black to match the dark accent hardware running through the rest of the build. The smooth handle surface — unlike the knurled green Avalon variant — lets the Del Fuego anodizing pattern read clearly without competing against grip texture.

The handle is 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum in the smooth Del Fuego custom anodized colorway. A genuine black lip pearl inlay sits in the thumb button, adding an iridescent dark accent against the black hardware throughout. Dual manual thumb studs in black deploy the blade, and the button lock provides secure, positive lock-up. The DLC black long deep carry clip rides tip-up for right-hand carry, positioning the knife low in the pocket.
