CPM MagnaCut is a powder metallurgy stainless steel from Crucible Industries, designed to combine edge retention, toughness, and very high corrosion resistance, a mix that's hard to find in one steel. The 0.125" blade has a satin finish and an index-finger choil for a forward grip during detailed cuts, and the plain edge sharpens easily on standard stones, rods, and guided systems.
