The Work Sharp Guided Field Sharpener Elite is the full-coverage version of Work Sharp's most trusted field sharpener — a portable multi-surface sharpening system that runs from coarse diamond repair through ceramic honing to leather strop finishing, with built-in angle guides on every abrasive surface and a broadhead wrench integrated into the body.

The abrasive system covers four diamond plate grits — 220 coarse, 400 medium, 600 fine, and 800 extra-fine — on 4.00" x 1.00" magnetic plates that retain position during use. The progression from 220 through 800 handles everything from full edge repair and re-profiling down to fine refinement before the ceramic and strop steps. The three-position fine ceramic rod with integrated fish hook groove handles edge finishing and hook maintenance, while a separate small-diameter ceramic rod addresses serrations specifically. The integrated leather strop completes the system with micro-bevel polishing after the abrasive steps.

Every abrasive surface on the Elite runs built-in 20° and 25° angle guides — the two most common fixed blade and folding knife edge angles — so consistent geometry is maintained across all stages of the sharpening process without requiring a separate angle guide tool. The body includes an internal storage compartment beneath the magnetic diamond plates and a built-in broadhead wrench that handles 3 and 4-bladed broadheads.
