The Case Large Stockman 75311 is a three-blade slipjoint on the 6375 pattern — one of the largest and most versatile Stockman patterns Case produces, giving collectors and daily carriers clip, sheepfoot, and spey blades in a single knife. At 4.25" closed and 4.10 oz, it carries as a full-size traditional folder with real presence in the pocket.

All three blades are Tru-Sharp Surgical Steel — Case's proprietary 420HC stainless formula, hardened to 54–57 HRC. Tru-Sharp resists corrosion in everyday carry conditions without the patina management carbon steel requires, while still sharpening readily on a standard stone or ceramic rod. The clip point serves as the master blade for general cutting and detail work. The sheepfoot blade carries a straight edge and reinforced tip built for controlled push cuts, useful for carving or box work. The spey blade brings a curved tip and broad belly designed for skinning and fleshing tasks. All three blades carry a mirror polish finish.

The handle scales are yellow Platts jigged cattle bone — Platts jigging is a finer, more tightly packed jig pattern than standard corn cob or peach seed, producing a grip texture that sits between smooth and aggressively textured. The yellow dye on genuine cattle bone produces variation from piece to piece that synthetic handles cannot replicate. High-polished nickel silver bolsters and a nickel silver oval script Case shield inlay complete the hardware, over a brass liner frame.
