The Demko AD20.5 in smooth gray titanium is the quieter version of an already purposeful knife. Where the milled titanium version carries obvious texture and machining marks, the smooth titanium handle presents a clean, refined surface that feels different in the hand: warmer and more refined, closer to what you might expect from a custom build than a production folder. Titanium is an exceptional handle material, nonferrous, strong for its weight, and highly corrosion resistant. It ships in a plastic tube for protection, as Demko does on select titanium variants.

The 2.88" Slicer Shark blade is CPM-3V tool steel with a stonewash finish, a non-stainless powdered tool steel known for toughness, chip resistance, and edge retention under hard use. The recurved profile maximizes belly and cutting length in a compact footprint. A thumb pull engages the Shark-Lock, Andrew Demko's spine-mounted locking system operated by a ramp-like fin. Pull the fin back, the blade deploys, and the fin becomes a jimped thumb ramp when open. The sequence is designed to be fast, ambidextrous, and to keep your fingers out of the blade path.
