CPM MagnaCut is a powder metallurgy stainless steel from Crucible Industries, designed to combine edge retention, toughness, and very high corrosion resistance. The thin 0.098" leaf-shaped blade is full-flat ground with a satin finish for clean slicing, and the plain edge sharpens easily on standard stones, rods, and guided systems.
