It's over 20 percent larger, with refined ergonomics for a wider range of hand sizes. This all-black version pairs a black DLC CPM S30V blade with coarse-textured black G-10 and black-coated liners, clip, and hardware.
CPM S30V is an American particle metallurgy stainless steel designed specifically for knife blades, with a balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The 3.98" blade is hollow ground for a thin, keen edge and finished with a black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating for a non-reflective look. Its perfectly straight Wharncliffe edge runs the full length of the blade, carrying cutting power all the way to the tip.
